• It is normally said “Ignorance is no excuse in law” but all the same we see many & many who are unaware of the basic laws & in the process many a times denied justice.

    Guidelines

• The club committees should put its efforts to make legal literacy & advice available to all those who need in general, the weaker section & the senior     citizen in particular who are financially not in a position to have the best or even second legal consultation.

• Lok Adalat, Matrimonial laws for Rotractors, skits on marriage, divorce & other legal topics can be organized.

• A legal seminar called “ BE YOUR OWN LAWER” to educate people on property laws, how to prepare will, the direct tax code, tenancy rights can be organized.

• MUNA program on Cyber Crime can also be organized.

• A publication can be printed on the subjects like accidental claims, Property will, inheriting rights, housing society rules, banking rights etc. can be printed for public awarness.
