Any activity under the Thrust Areas / Special Committees
The committee may award upto 25 points for activities of the Club not covered in the along side mentioned categories depending on the nature and the reach of the activity.
Conduct of Director’s Orientation Program – 10 Points
The attendance for each month reported will be one point.
Only the figures reported in the GML will be taken into account.
For hosting / Co-hosting each public meeting, you will get maximum of 5 points.
Similarly for Media Coverage and Hoarding, the points are for each month for such Coverage / Hoarding.
Co-hosting, for any service project or program the points will be granted only on the President with at least 2 members of the club attending the project / program.
For all Paul Harris Fellows, Major Donor, new PHF Club, new RFSM Club, new EREY Club, new Paul Harris Society Members, the points will accrue only on receipt of payment.
For Peace Scholar & District Grants – on application there will be 2 points and on selection 5 points.
For Global Grant – on application there will be 4 points and on selection 10 points.
Any Club proposing candidates for GSE / VTT will be awarded 1 point for each candidate proposed.
The AG will send a report on the assigned clubs’ performance to the DG, DG may consider this report also for appropriate recognition. The report must include (but need not be restricted to) details of – Membership, Attendance, TRF contribution, Participation in district and R. I. Programs as required for the recognition.
Clubs must apply for the citation.
AFTER TOTALING THE POINTS,
THE RECONITIONS WILL BE ON PERCENTILE BASIS AS FOLLOWS.
Above 85% points – Platinum Club Above 75% points – Diamond Club
Above 85% points – Gold Club Above 50% points – Silver Club
Percentile will be calculated as follows –
All Clubs will be allotted points on the basis of their performance.
The highest number of points scored by a club will be considered as 100%.
Considering these points as ‘100’, the percentage of points scored by each club will be calculated and appropriate recognition awarded.
