Collection Cycle
The fiscal of RI and Rotary Clubs beings on 1st July and ends on 30th June of the following year. For the payment of per capita dues and subscription to Rotary magazines by RCs, the fiscal year has been divided into TWO Semi Annual Periods (01st July to 31st December and 01st January to 30th June).
1st RI SA Dues
Per capita dues : US $ 25.50 per member (other than Hon. Members) payable on 1st July 2011, based on the number of club members to the club on the said date, PLUS Council On legislation dues : US $ 1.00 per member are to be remitted along with the 1st SA per capita dues.
The Rotarian charges : US $ 12.00 per member are to be remitted along with the 1st SA per Capita dues, if subscribed for.
July SA per capita dues per member would be billed as Prorata Fee : all in US $

For NEW MEMBERS RI DUES are NOT TO BE sent as on reporting for new members either by filling the admission form or reporting online. The dues will be charged in the next SAR on the basis of admission date reportedly club.
2nd RI SA Dues
Per capita dues : US $ 25.50 per member (other than Hon. Members) payable on 1st Jan. 2012 based on the number of club members to the club on the said date.
NO Council on Legislation dues are to be paid with the 2nd SA per capita dues.
The Rotarian charges : US $ 12.00 per member are to be remitted along with the 1st SA per capita dues, if subscribed for.
District 3140 Dues
Per capita dues : Rs.300 per member per year as per SA report of July
Rotary News / Samachar Dues
Instead of the Rotarian, if a member subscribes to the Rotary News / Samachar :
Per Capita dues : Rs.480 per member per year or Rs.240 per member semiannually to be paid to Rotary News Trust. A Xerox of the SAR copy IS NOT TO BE SENT with the payment. A freshly type separate list of addresses of club members is to be sent with it.
* Membership list as per RI records is to be updated by the Club Secretary and sent to the RI Office along with the SAR form.
** New member form is to be completed with a clear indication as to whether the new members were previously reported or not. This sheet is also to be sent along with the SAR form.
*** Every club is obliged to make quick and effective payments within 30 days for the RI Rotary Magazine / Rotary News Trust dues of every SAR date. If these are overdue by THREE MONTHS the club will be SUSPENDED, if this financial obligation is unpaid after the ENSUING 90 DAYS the club’s membership is automatically TERMINATED.
